Tenants & users

How many separate workspaces you run (one site or many) and how many teammates need portal access. A multi-tenant agency scopes differently from a single-site company.

Data residency

Where your data lives. The default is our shared infrastructure. EU-residency, US-only, or single-tenant infrastructure changes the scope. Most teams do not need it; the ones who do, do.

The questions buyers ask first.

What counts as a conversation?
One chat session between a visitor and your bot. Every message inside that session counts as part of the same conversation — not one each. A visitor who comes back later starts a new conversation. Allowances reset each month.
Do you charge per message?
No. Each plan is a flat monthly fee with a clear conversation allowance. If you're regularly near the ceiling, the next plan up is the answer — and we'll reach out before it becomes a problem rather than surprising you with an overage bill.
How do document uploads and storage work?
Each plan includes total document storage for your workspace — 25 MB on Starter, 100 MB on Professional, 500 MB on Business — as any mix of files (PDF, Word, text, and similar). That storage total is the only document limit. Enterprise storage is scoped to your deployment.
Do integrations cost extra?
Integrations are available from the Professional plan. Connecting one — your CRM or your helpdesk — carries a one-time $499 setup fee per integration; there is no recurring integration charge on top of your plan. Enterprise integrations are custom and scoped into the quote.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, free, no card. You get the full chatbot and portal scope so you can run real conversations on your real content before paying anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel any time and end at the close of the billing period; annual plans run to the end of the term you paid for. No retention loop, no cancellation fee.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your content, your conversations, your leads and tickets are yours — full export any time, and we delete it when you leave.
Do you train AI models on our content?
No — never. Your content is indexed so your bot can answer from it, and that is all it is used for. It is not used to train our models or anyone else's.
Can we run this on-premise, on our own hardware?
Yes, on Enterprise. Cloud SaaS is the default, but for sovereignty and data-residency legal requirements we deploy the same platform on your hardware with an open-source LLM stack — no customer content ever leaves your infrastructure, and the governance layer's hard-block rules become physically true. On-premise is scoped and priced as part of your Enterprise quote.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
