THE STORY
Dendrites Technologies Co. was founded in 2025 to build a small number of AI products that solve real, expensive customer-facing problems — and to build them with the engineering, design, and ethical seriousness most of the AI category currently lacks.
We build a small number of products end-to-end. AxiomAI runs customer service — answering, capturing leads, opening support tickets — with a built-in Insights agent that quietly improves it for you. ServiceOrbit is a multi-tenant AI service desk — one platform serving many organizations, each with its own isolated data — that turns chat, voice, or email into validated, routed tickets, from first report to resolution.
We keep the portfolio deliberately small and focused. Earlier we had four half-built products; we consolidated hard. Today we ship three we can stand behind — and we add a product only when the last one is genuinely done.

Quality guardrails over feature count
A bot that refuses to hallucinate — make up answers — is worth more than three new dropdown toggles. Every feature ships with its safety net.

Buy commodity, build differentiator
Identity (sign-in), billing UI, ticketing — we buy. The bot engine, the Insights agent, the RAG pipeline (retrieval-augmented generation — how the bot looks up your content before answering), the ServiceOrbit ticket engine — we build.

We don't ship features toggled on if they're not ready. "Coming soon" is acceptable; broken-but-shipped is not.
