WHAT'S NEW

Changelog.

Product and site updates, newest first. We ship continuously — this is the running log.

Pricing

Public self-serve pricing

  • AxiomAI plans are now published: Starter $99/mo, Professional $299/mo, Business $999/mo — annual billing works out to two months free.
  • Enterprise stays scope-based: SAML, a written uptime SLA, data-protection terms in the agreement, custom integrations, and a dedicated account manager, quoted after a short call.
  • Founding offer for the first 25 Dallas–Fort Worth customers: Professional at $199/mo, locked for as long as you stay. No end date — it ends when the slots run out.
  • Site copy, comparison pages, and legal pages updated to match the published plans.
Performance & polish

Mobile navigation, working social cards, honest legal pages

  • Full mobile navigation — the header menu now works on phones and tablets, not just desktop.
  • Social link previews fixed: shared pages now render their preview card on LinkedIn, Slack, and WhatsApp.
  • Contact page: the "Open chat now" button reliably opens the assistant, and the request form shows a copyable fallback if your email client doesn’t open.
  • Legal pages re-audited line by line: the cookie policy now describes exactly what the site stores (very little — no marketing pixels, no analytics cookies), and pricing language across terms and security reflects scoped enterprise agreements.
Product

Proactive welcome bubbles for the chat widget

  • New: a configurable “welcome bubble” — a friendly greeting that appears next to the chat launcher and invites visitors to start a conversation.
  • Set the title, message, button text, delay, and how often it shows — per chatbot, right from the portal.
  • On-brand by default: the bubble uses your bot’s avatar and accent color.
  • Live on this site now as a working preview; rolling out to all AxiomAI customers this week.
Performance & polish

Faster pages, social cards, full accessibility pass

  • Per-page social preview images — case studies, blog posts, and product pages now share a tailored card.
  • Accessibility: color contrast meets the WCAG AA accessibility standard across the site; 100/100 accessibility score in Google Lighthouse audits on key pages.
  • Portal screenshots converted to WebP (a compressed image format) — 89% smaller files, noticeably faster page loads.
  • Sitemap now carries per-page last-modified dates for efficient incremental crawling, plus an llms.txt file (a guide that helps AI crawlers read the site) and a branded 404 page.
Content & proof

Customer stories, industry pages, and a portal demo

  • Three named case studies live: PremiereGate (UAE compliance), City Inn Palace Hotel (hospitality), and Brighter Horizons Academy (PK-12 admissions).
  • Per-industry pages for compliance firms, hotels, and schools.
  • A three-minute walkthrough video of the AxiomAI portal on the product page.
  • An honest side-by-side comparison vs Intercom Fin, Tidio Lyro, and Chatbase — including where each alternative wins.
  • Launch of the blog with three posts, and structured data (schema.org) on every page.
Positioning

Products section and clearer positioning

  • Added a Products area covering both AxiomAI and FaceActions. (FaceActions has since been withdrawn from the public site and is not offered.)
  • Repositioned AxiomAI from "a chatbot" to the AI operations platform it actually is — portal, leads, tickets, analytics, and the self-improving Insights agent — a second AI that reviews conversations and proposes improvements.
  • FaceActions positioned for research and UX teams, with ethical-use framing front and center. (Since withdrawn; not offered.)
Brand

Brand refresh

  • New gold-on-ink identity using the official Dendrites mark.
  • Lighter, airier palette — warm cream surfaces with gold and soft sky-blue accents.
Foundation

New dendritesai.com

  • Full rebuild on the Astro web framework, served from Cloudflare’s global edge network.
  • Security headers, generated sitemap, clean redirects, and a per-product landing experience.
