Half of every morning was triage.

PremiereGate runs an end-to-end UAE corporate-compliance practice — corporate tax filings, VAT registration, license renewals, company formation, e-invoicing, mortgage law. Specialists each own a service. The website is the front door.

Before AxiomAI, the front door leaked. Visitors arrived at all hours from across the GCC and Europe, half in Arabic, half in English, asking the same questions over and over — "Do I need to file corporate tax if my license is dormant?" AxiomAI ingested the published service catalogue and pricing tiers from premieregate.com via sitemap crawl, plus a small set of internal PDFs for the more technical VAT and corporate-tax scenarios. The Allowed Domains list locks answers to PremiereGate-published material — nothing speculative.

Bilingual response is automatic: the bot detects the visitor's language from their first message and replies in the same one, with citations to the source page. A visitor asking about "ضريبة الشركات" gets the corporate-tax answer in Arabic citing the Arabic catalogue entry. A visitor asking about "free zone VAT registration" gets the English answer citing the English page. Same source-of-truth, two interfaces.

When a visitor's intent crosses the threshold from informational to "I want to talk to your team" — explicit ask, multi-turn engagement, complex scenario — the bot captures contact details and tags the lead with: language preference, service area asked about, the specialist who should follow up. The handoff lands in the operations inbox with the conversation transcript attached.
